How Do I Make an Appointment?
Our Client Intake Team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, clarify your needs, and explore your therapist preferences.
We will match you with the psychologist or mental health clinician best suited to your unique situation and answer any questions about your telehealth appointment.

Do I Need a Referral?
You can make a telehealth appointment without a referral.
If you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a referral from your GP or psychiatrist. Keeping your regular GP informed can also be helpful for ongoing care.
Who Is Eligible for Medicare Rebates?
Australian citizens or residents with a diagnosable mental health condition may be eligible. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Anxiety or depression
- Stress or panic disorders
- Trauma or grief
- Sleep problems
- Relationship difficulties or anger
If you’re unsure, or experiencing significant distress, discuss your eligibility with your GP.
How Long Is Each Session?
Each telehealth session lasts 50 minutes.
Do I Need to Arrive Early?
For telehealth sessions, please log in 5–10 minutes early to ensure your technology is working and your psychologist or mental health clinician can start on time.
